The microstill is a home appliance to prepare spirits. Design and software are freely avialable.
Tradition
Preparing spirits is a traditional craft in many countries. Our objective is to bring back the knowledge and skill to craft spirits at home. Make your own microstill and refine your home made wine, beer or mash.
Indulge
Use your microstill to discover the fascinating field of spirits. Manufacture established spirits and explore new flavors. This might include the distillation of home made liquor or even the creation of a new gin.
Open Source
Instructions, bill of material, and code will be published under CC/GPL licence. Find all documentation in the blog. At a later stage, kits, material, and prefabricated microstills can be ordered via the online store.

Make it

The microstill is composed of 9 modules. It takes about 4 hours to make them. Then to complete the assembly it takes another 3 hours. Once ready for start-up, the microstill prepares spirit of up to 62 % ABV using a 15 % wash. All resources to make your own microstill, just one click away.
