The infusion basket allows to prepare vapour infused spirits such as gin, akvavit or ouzo.

Botanicals are added to the infusion basket. During distillation, the alcohol vapour extracts the aromatic compounds. Using the infusion basket unique creations and flavors are possible.

The piping drawing has been updated accordingly. Instead of the regular column head (staight pipe), the infusion basket can be mounted on top of the microstill.
